Step 1: Select Exchange Details
Choose the currency you want to send and the currency you wish to receive. Enter the amount you are sending. The system will show you the approximate amount you'll receive and any applicable minimums.
Step 2: Your & Receiver's Details
Fill in your contact information (Email, Full Name, Phone Number). Then, provide the necessary details for the account where you want to receive your exchanged funds (e.g., Mobile Money number, Bank account details, or Crypto wallet address).
Step 3: Make Payment & Confirm
The system will display our payment details for the currency you are sending. Make your payment to this account. Solve the simple math problem for security, then upload a clear screenshot as proof of your payment and submit.
Referral ID: Each transaction will have a unique Referral ID (e.g., CHINAxxxx). For certain payment methods like Mobile Money or Bank Transfers, you'll be asked to use this ID in your payment reference/narration. For all transactions, keep this ID for any support queries.
Manual Conversion: All exchanges are processed manually by our team after we verify your payment. This ensures security but can take some time, typically within a few hours during business hours, but may extend up to 24 hours.
Fees:
- For PayPal payments, fees charged by PayPal for "Goods and Services" transactions will be calculated and added to the amount you need to send. You will see this breakdown before making the payment.
- Sending Mobile Money to receive USDT TRC20 incurs a $1 USD equivalent fee, which will be added to your Mobile Money send amount.
Minimum Amounts: Each exchange pair has a minimum amount. This will be displayed when you select your currencies.
