Digital Gift Card Sales Are Final

Exceptions for Inactive or Non-Functional Codes

While the vast majority of our gift cards function without issue, in rare cases, a code may be inactive or non-functional due to an activation error. If you encounter this problem, you must notify our support team within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, if confirmed that the code was inactive upon delivery, work with our suppliers to issue a replacement.

Such transactions often involve fraudulent activity, making it impossible for us to verify claims or offer refunds.
