Please be aware that all PayPal refunds may take between 20 and 30 days to process. If you are dissatisfied with our PayPal rates, kindly refrain from using our services.
1. If you request a refund, we will attempt to facilitate it for an additional fee (however, please inquire in advance regarding its feasibility. Do not initiate a refund without our explicit consent, as this may result in financial losses).
Typically, the fee amounts to 15% of the payment amount, with a minimum charge of 15 USD. This also applies to accepting payments in an incorrect (unspecified) currency, an unspecified amount, or an incorrect payment type.
In the event of an exchange involving any digital currency of your choosing and fluctuations in the exchange rate, our service reserves the discretion to apply the currency exchange rate to USD either on the day of the exchange or on the day the refund is requested.
2. You have approximately 48 hours to make the payment to the provided account details. Kindly inform us once the payment has been made. Should the account details become obsolete, we will cancel the exchange request and notify you accordingly. In such cases, please refrain from making any payments, as you may incur financial losses.
We might also ask for refund account details if you’ve accidentally sent us too much money. Or if there’s money left over after you’ve made an amount lock exchange.
We will also refund the money if we notice something is wrong with the payment you made.
